Self-Catering Cottages in Scotland
There are five self-catering cottages to choose from, each with their own unique layout and style. There are three traditional cottages; The Auchentoshan, a four bedroom cottage that sleeps up to eight people; The Glengoyne, a two bedroom cottage that sleeps up to four people; and The Glenmorangie, a one bedroom cottage that sleeps two people. There are also two new, modern cottages; The Macallan and The Glenlivet – both have two bedrooms and a luxury living/kitchen/dining area with spacious church-style ceilings and patio doors.

There are ample tourism hotspots and outdoor activities surrounding the cottages, and easy access to Loch Lomond, Glasgow City Centre and Airport (all within 10 miles), and plenty of other local activities to keep you entertained on your self-catering stay at Gavinburn Cottages. Kilpatrick train station is located at the bottom of our hill, which is about a miles walk away or there’s free parking at the station. The trains run every half hour into Glasgow City centre and onto Edinburgh. The train can get you into Glasgow in around twenty minutes.
