Gavinburn Cottages have been working hard to achieve our “Good to Go” certification which is the industry standard accreditation from Visit Scotland and the National Tourist Organisations of Great Britain. It recognises our efforts in implementing and following government and industry guidelines in relation to combating Covid-19.
The safety and well being of our guests is our priority and we have a number of measures in place to help everyone who stays at High Gavinburn.
Our already stringent cleaning protocols have been enhanced further and all our cleaning staff have recently undertaken and passed tailor made training courses. All cottages will also be stocked with a range of anti-bacterial products in addition to our already well stocked cleaning caddys.
We are lucky that all five of our holiday cottages have individual separate accesses and there is ample space around the cottages for everyone to enjoy. So please be assured that you can book at Gavinburn with complete confidence.
For additional assurance we are also relaxing our cancellation policy. This means that if any booking has to be cancelled due to the re-introduction of government restrictions, all payments already made, can be used towards a future stay or refunded in full.
We have also been busy setting up an on-line booking system complete with an availability calendar so you can find your perfect cottage and book instantly without missing out. We have teamed up with Super Control and Sage Pay to provide guests a secure and private payment system when booking on-line, for added security.
