It’s now one year on since we opened the newly refurbished Gavinburn Cottages! We have been offering guests from around the world luxury self catering accommodation in the Kilpatrick Hills. Check out our reviews on Trip Advisor to see how much they love it! Our guests love being close to Glasgow and Loch Lomond coupled with the unrivalled views of the surrounding countryside and the stunning interiors. Demand has been so good we have had to build two new luxury self catering two bedroom cottages at the same great location. This means we can now sleep up to 22 guests in luxurious comfort!
We still offer our jam packed welcome hamper of delicious Scottish produce and as we have every cottage named after a famous whisky there’s even a mini bottle of the corresponding malt whisky awaiting you on arrival. Sumptuous bed linen and luxury towels are also provided and our cosy stoves are all set up and ready to go. We know you will love the cathedral ceilings in the new cottages, not to mention the French doors out onto the viewing terrace!
Our Highland Cow, Merida
The new cottages are called The Glenlivet and The Macallan and join our four bedroom Auchentoshan, our two bedroom Glengoyne and our one bedroom Glenmorangie cottages. Keeping up with the Scottish theme we have a new addition to our Highland Cattle Fold in the shape of a cheeky wee heifer called Amy!

Remember your only 10 miles from Glasgow and Loch Lomond and the Kilpatrick train station at the bottom of the hill allows you easy access to all the visitor attractions you could want to see.
